At an appointment today, and was flipping through an old Cleo and came across a little article on this designer Pamela Love and there were a couple of pictures of her jewelry label and I was like "Wow I really like them, and I think I have seen them somewhere before..." (But the name was unfamiliar...) So I got back home and researched...

I don't know whether this is a good or bad thing, but I know of a shop on Etsy that does pretty much the same stuff! Except rather the prices being in the hundreds or so they are around 50 bucks.

Local Natives

Kudos to a friend of mine who has just told me about the Local Natives who are an indie rock band that are based in Silver Lake, LA. (I don't know about you but I always like to know where bands I like are from..haha) 

They have a really great sound and there is a lot of diversity in the album Gorilla Manor you should definitely look into it!

Wearing my new House of Baulch bag

Majority of my friends have said that my purchase reminds them of a "goon" sack. Now if you are not from Australia and a mysteriously reading this blog let me familiarise you with the term goon. 

Goon is cheap ass wine that you buy in a box for about 11 dollars here in Australia. It is literally the scarps of the barrel when it comes to wine. It is foul. But the cheapest way to get drunk, we are uni students after all. Inside the box is a big silver squelchy bag which is easy to carry. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE MY BAG!!!

I have just realised, I actually don't have any decent pictures of my self with this bag and its perfection. I do have it in my new picture though:

You can't really see though. The other night though I paired it with my 'galatic' stussy top though, and it looks really good with that. I think...haha I feel my taste is a bit distorted at times.

I will try and take more photos!

Sretsis, not Stresis...

I first saw Sretsis in HK in 2008 and fell in love with one of their dresses, I can vaguely remember it being an off white shift dress with geometric plastic beads surrounding the collar. It was stunning, and I should have just bought it at the time but of course was all negative about it. I did look for it back home but later forgot about it...And only recently I have remembered this brand and it definitely deserves it's own post. 

They have some very pretty and feminine designs, the website is stunning: 

These are some of my favourites, I am overwhelmed by how large the collection is.

A lot of it reminds me of a cute little tea party, then there are some formal frocks and other more day to day wear. It is a beautiful. And looking at it again I have definitely seen that black and gold skirt before....

From the website I cant see any prices, but there are a couple of stockists in Melbourne so I will have to check them out...

LONDON must do's....

There are so so so many places I want to go to in the UK. I'm going to make a list!! 

First off, a sneaky peak at The Ritz, I would die to have afternoon tea in there, but apparently you have to book 6 months ahead! and its like 600 pounds or something haha. 

Then all the markets, this is a picture of Portobello Market in Notting Hill:

And you may not know yet, but I am a big Harry Potter nerd, so I have to go to Oxford and visti some of the set, this is the dining hall:
 
Fabric nightclub-overrated?

Gu desserts, my cousin told me about this recently and was completely outraged when she 

realised we don't have it here in Australia. Apparently to-die-for.

I will keep updating when I figure out what the hell I am going to do for four weeks!!!

Celeste Stein Tights

I came across these tights in a shop in Hampton, and I was amazed by the range of designs. They go down for $39 a pop but you can buy them online which I think work out cheaper.

I really don't think I can pull off the printed tights look yet...I am getting there gradually haha.

But if I were to get ones I would love the ones with clouds on them, or some sort of galaxy print. They have such a great range you really should check it out here:

Apologies + LONDON!

I have finally bitten the bullet! I am doing it! I am spending my life savings on a ticket to the UK for the summer!!! woooohooo!!

I have been convinced by my beautiful cousin who is here at the moment (and been taking up a lot of my time hence the lack of posts).

The plan is a bit vague, but I'm there for about 5 weeks, 1 week in the south of France and the rest pottering about western europe I think.

Hopefully I can squeeze a trip to Amsterdam and Paris in there!

Any way I just really wanted to share this.

I apologise for not writing all week! I will be creative soon soon! I promise.
